This page states the Terms & Conditions under which you use www.trickersoutlet.com. Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the site, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
We currently accept the following form of payment:
- Visa Debit
Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
All Payments are Secure, and are handled by Sagepay and HSBC.
All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use DHL and Parcel Force for all our deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. (Please note we are unable to ship to BFPO and PO BOX addresses due to the services we use.)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.
Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We do not offer an exchange policy on any items from www.trickersoutlet.com
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund has taken place. Please note if you are not happy with your purchase or think there may be a fault, please email us your order number and images. Do not post them back without speaking to Customer Service first, postage costs or loss in transit for returns will not be responsibly to Tricker's. We will arrange pick up of faulty items once discussed.
Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.

For EU returns. Please include the original invoice and please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER.
For UK returns we are working with ClickSit where you can generate and pay for a returns label at a fixed cost. (approx £5.28) Simply click the link below and enter your order number and email address to generate the label.
You will be asked for payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
Alternatively you can use your own carrier, but please ensure you have track and trace ability.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
R.E Tricker Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the contact form. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company, once the item is back with R.E Tricker Ltd we will process your refund, however R.E Tricker will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.
All Footwear sold on our site are in UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for further information here www.trickersoutlet.com/size-guide.
We make every effort to make sure our products are described as accurately as possible, however, colour displays can be different depending on your computer settings, or monitor, so exact colour matches are not always possible. This means, the colour of your products may differ from what you have seen on screen. If you are not happy with any products, you are entitled to return these for an exchange or refund by complying with our returns policy.
Prices shown on www.trickersoutlet.com are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. EU prices include a 'TAX' breakdown on your invoice which covers all items send Delivery Duty Paid.Customers choosing delivery outside of the European Union will need to register on the ROW version of the store. Any Duty & Tax’s will NOT be covered by R.E Tricker. This is the customers responsibility. Please note, the amount you receive in your local currency may differ due to exchange rates from your bank which R.E. Tricker have no control over. We will always refund the same amount paid in GBP. Any orders placed before a flash sale will not be price matched as all prices are correct at the time of order. Please note if you have a promotional code, this cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotion.
You have certain rights under the law of England which include;
- Any product you order through www.trickersoutlet.com will be to satisfactory quality, fit and its intended purpose. Please note, (some) products may have been tried on, have slight markings, scratches, scuffs, blemishes or any other cosmetic defects. These items will not contain constructional defects that impact durability. We make every effort to show defects, however it is not always possible. If something is not visible, please do not hesitate to email Customer Services where we can always advise further. Please refer to returns shipping policy as Tricker's will not be responsbile for any returns as they are sold with some defects, to which the prices are reflected on the items you purchase.
- Shoe and dust bags are not always provided with products from the Outlet website as standard, and if required, can be purchased.
- You have the right to return a product if you feel the quality is not at the satisfactory level. (at your own cost)
- A right to cancel any order for a product, within 7 days commencing the date on which you receive the product for a full refund, even if the product is not deemed non satisfactory.
